I am very happy with my generator purchase both for my home and my business! Your company is dependable, the workers show up on time an the workmanship is excellent. Worldwide the weather is not predictable, but Personalized Power Systems are! I have had no business interruptions or home power interruptions since having your company install my generator systems. Fifteen seconds after the power goes off the generator comes on.

I recently contacted PPS to discuss having a generator installed. Imagine my pleasant surprise when the sales consultant showed upon time for our appointment. He was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. Even though we were originally considering a mid-sized model, we opted to go with a whole-house unit that seemed to be a good value.
Further, and jut as surprising, the permit and installation parts of the process went just as smoothly. I had completed a home addition project which took over two years, and I had so much involvement, I felt like I was the general contractor (thought I was not!). PPS did a terrific job of keeping me informed, but fortunately, kept me out of the daily minutia, so I didn't feel like I was working for them. Yes, there were some unforeseen issues (not PPS's fault), but they were resolved quickly and fairly.
I have lived in south Florida for over 12 years and have endured some of the nightmares that make out area infamous for and synonymous with bad service. Thank you and the PPS team for making this project go so well. I would, and will, recommend PPS to any of my friends looking to get a generator installed; they will be glad they called you!
